Great deli and deli workers, organized, clean, friendly... and they always have plenty of cashiers available. No self check out in this establishment.

This place has gone downhill. In fact It did a while ago but I held on longer than deserved out of habit. The deli staff do not listen, are extremely rude and will try to overprice you every chance they get when weighing, all the products are kept in buckets that they then pour into trays on the display, they taste bad half the time.. The rolls and bread are either over baked behind the deli where they reheat them from melone brothers or they’re mangled carelessly. Their meat section is stocked with at expiration or expired items, they change the dates to sell. The produce section always stocked with far from fresh items. They put large eggs in xl eggs cases and charge you for xl prices. Greedy practices and poor customer service over and over again. I spent hundreds of dollars multiple times a week for many, many years. Think twice before shopping here, I’ll definitely never return.

We got home approximately at 2:10 I called just a few minutes after delivery, and they were so obnoxious on delivery time . 2 Hours later still absolutely no delivery time ETA , we live just 3 blocks up and the last person I spoke to “DINA” such a nasty manager started questioning me , “ well did you speak to the delivery person when they were standing here , did you see him when he was here and ready to head out” with the most sarcasm so I said ima take a trip to the store and speak to somebody above you and she said “okay you do that come on” and I said I wanna speak to whoever is above you she said to call early in the morning and best believe I will Dina. Your attitude is unprofessional, I tried to let the lady know I have to assist her but I leave my job as an aide at 5 and the lady who ordered the groceries absolutely cannot pack this away herself and again she was so obnoxious in other words well I can’t help you, IDC, and so on that is exactly what she implied and the rest of her staff including April. They just don’t care how long you wait so moving forward WILL NEVER EVER USE DELIVERYYY BEWARE BEFORE YOU DO DELIVERY SERVICE WITH THEM. IDK WHO THINK THEY ARE ARE But you

Love this store! Great selection of obscure items I can't ever get at the Competitors. Fully stocked, helpful staff. It's smaller than the Traditional Supermarket but seems to have everything stocked well perfectly, clean and uses every inch of room! I usually go here more now than SS, or Sr.
